Our Business Strategy & Operations team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We complement and support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.
Role Description
The Office of the CEO (OCEO) is a small team focused on facilitating the CEO’s objectives and amplifying his impact. The Company Strategy & Operations team sits within OCEO.
The Senior Company Operations Program Manager will be joining a lean and high-impact team, including alumni from consulting and operational backgrounds. You will be responsible for managing three-year and annual planning as well as programs to track strategic execution throughout the year. You’ll also tackle ad hoc projects in support of the CEO’s top priorities, working closely with him virtually and in person.
You’re comfortable interacting cross-functionally at all levels of the organization. You’re humble, a team player, and known for your ability to build relationships. You’re highly organized with a keen attention to detail. You push through roadblocks to find innovative solutions and know how to bring people along.

Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide three-year and annual planning — evaluate current processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop, iterate, and manage mechanisms to track execution, primarily via our use of OKRs. You’ll be responsible for managing how we set and track company-level OKRs. You’ll also partner cross-functionality to connect this with other rhythms:
- Partner with our Learning and Organizational Development team to connect company-level with individual OKRs
- Partner with R&D Ops on the connection between OKRs and Roadmaps
- Lead ad-hoc project’s in support of the CEO’s top priorities from inception through completion
- Represent the CEO’s vision and priorities in cross-functional projects, building great relationships with internal stakeholders
- Maintain sensitive information and fluidly adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Requirements
- 8+ years experience - background in consulting, business operations, project management strongly preferred
- Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to draw insights from unorganized information and help drive process improvements accordingly
- Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to clearly articulate business issues and recommend / synthesize solutions
- Self-driven and independent. Able to work with minimal guidance, and navigate complex cross-functional relationships and hurdles to drive projects to completion
- Collaborative, team-first mindset. Strong desire to make the entire team successful
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- High integrity with the ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in tech environment preferred
- Previous experience with company-wide planning preferred
Compensation
Canada Pay Range
$128,400—$173,700 CAD
The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
