WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Product Growth Manager, you will be owning the intersection between our Product and Growth (Internationalization & Marketing) teams. Your responsibilities will mostly be to drive adoption of existing and new products by:
- Developing the customer facing communication and launch strategy for new and existing products.
- Coordinating execution of launches across our global growth channels (paid marketing, press, engagement and own social media) across our 17 markets.
- Collaborating closely with the product management and operations team to funnel back customer insights.
- Driving data analysis to inform USP, communication, creative and budget decisions within the growth organization as well as tracking performance of campaigns.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high pace, analytical environment such as tier 1 consulting, investment banking or growth stage startups.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Being a power user of our App and excited about financial markets, banking and financial education.
